Its daily plastering capacity reaches 300-350㎡, with a maximum record of over 708㎡/day—6 times higher than traditional manual work. The D70 Gypsum Sprayer features a "dual-purpose for dry and wet materials" design, eliminating the need for manual mixing. It sprays putty at 450㎡/h and latex paint at 660㎡/h, realizing full-process automation from material feeding and spraying to smoothing. This significantly reduces cross-construction interference, shortening the construction period of 100,000㎡ projects by more than 60 days.

Adopting Siemens PLC control system and microcomputer sensor leveling technology, the DERUTU Plastering Machine strictly controls wall vertical/horizontal deviations within 2mm, far exceeding manual construction standards. Through the dual process of 30kg high-pressure extrusion and vibration plastering, the bonding density between mortar and the wall is increased by 5 times, fundamentally solving problems like hollowing and cracking. It is compatible with various materials such as gypsum, cement mortar, and putty, and can accurately spray materials with a particle diameter of ≤6mm. The plastering thickness can be freely adjusted between 2-50mm to meet the needs of different construction scenarios.
