✅ Construction Project: Shui'an Renjia Resettlement Community, Shuangdun Town, Changfeng County, encompassing 12 residential buildings
✅ Construction Area per Building: 9000㎡ (20 floors above ground, 1 basement floor, meeting the specifications for high-rise residential
buildings in resettlement communities, including interior walls of residential units, public corridors, elevator lobbies, stairwells, and basement storage areas)
✅ Wall Type: Concrete base + ALC autoclaved aerated concrete panels (consistent with the commonly used wall materials for prefabricated
construction in Changfeng County resettlement communities, suitable for interior plastering requirements)
✅ Traditional Construction Expectation: 7 skilled workers (70㎡ of plastering per person per day), average daily total construction
volume of 490㎡, approximately 19 days to complete 9000㎡, estimated rework rate of 12%, labor cost of 59,900 RMB
(calculated at 450 RMB per person per day)
✅ Deruitu Construction Actual Measurement: 4 workers (1 plastering equipment set with 4 workers), average daily total construction volume
of over 500㎡, easily completed in 18 days, 0% rework rate, labor cost of 32,400 RMB (calculated at 450 RMB per person per day), overall cost reduction of over 46%!
Construction challenges
The biggest headache in constructing high-rise buildings in resettlement communities is the difficulty of getting equipment in and maneuvering it around.
High-rise elevators have limited capacity, and the narrow corridors make it impossible for large equipment to enter the site.
For this project, we used the Deruitu DM plastering machine and PC16 mortar spraying machine. These machines are flexible and compact, and can be
easily disassembled and moved by just two workers. Assembly and debugging were completed within an hour of arrival on site, allowing for a quick
start to construction.

Dual-machine collaboration
Deruitu employs a dual-machine collaborative model of "spray-applied primer + plastering and leveling," eliminating intermediate steps. Four workers are assigned specific roles: one operates the plastering machine, one assists with wall preparation, one operates the spray machine for primer application, and one supplies the mortar. Each worker performs their designated task efficiently and collaboratively, resulting in no wasted labor and significantly higher efficiency compared to traditional manual methods!

Using a PC16 mortar spraying machine for the base coat eliminates hollowing and cracking.
Traditional manual application of the base coat often results in uneven mortar mixing and application, easily leading to hollowing (a common quality
problem in residential community plastering, directly affecting residents' living experience).

However, the Deruitu spraying machine utilizes air-assisted high-pressure atomization technology, which allows the mortar to penetrate the wall pores effectively and be evenly applied to the wall surface. The adhesion is 2.5 times stronger than manual application, completely eliminating the problem of hollow areas and preventing the need for rework during plastering.

Residential buildings in resettlement communities have stringent requirements for wall surface flatness. Traditional manual plastering results in flatness
errors of around 5mm, requiring repeated adjustments, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.
The Dretu plastering machine, which was used in this project, is equipped with a microcomputer leveling system, controlling wall surface flatness errors
to within 2mm, far exceeding the requirements of the "Quality Acceptance Standard for Building Decoration and Renovation Projects."
The flatness was verified in a single inspection using a straightedge.

Plastering, a critical aspect of building construction, has long been plagued by the problems of low efficiency, poor quality, and high costs.
However, Deruitu, with its years of experience and core technological advantages in the plastering field, has broken through the limitations
of traditional construction methods. It has not only solved the construction challenges faced by builders but also driven the development
of the plastering industry.
In the future, Deruitu will continue to increase its R&D investment and launch more intelligent, efficient, and adaptable construction equipment.
At the same time, we hope that more construction professionals will seize the opportunity of industry transformation, move away from the inefficiencies
of traditional construction, and empower engineering construction with technology to achieve the goals of "cost reduction, efficiency improvement,
and quality enhancement," and together create a future of high-quality development in the construction industry!
