Don't miss this plastering "machine" opportunity!

What are the biggest worries around the Lunar New Year? Delayed payments, material problems, chaotic post-holiday return to work,

 or workers leaving before completion, leaving behind potential problems during the holiday?

Many construction professionals are worried – with only two weeks left until the Lunar New Year holiday, everyone is restless and eager to go home.

 Plastering, material protection, equipment storage, and other tasks – even a slight oversight can lead to problems around the New Year, wasting

 costs and delaying post-holiday work progress!

Don't panic! Deruitu has compiled all the key preparation points for construction professionals, and offers a powerful plastering machine to help

 save costs, reduce losses, and ensure a smooth completion, allowing you to relax before the holiday, enjoy a worry-free break, and

 have a smoother return to work!

Five suggestions for preparations before the holiday to ensure a smooth and

worry-free shutdown for the Spring Festival.

To avoid problems during the year-end period, the key is "advance preparation"! With construction sites shutting down and workers returning home,

following these five points will not only ensure construction quality and eliminate safety hazards, but also strictly control material waste and alleviate

cash flow pressure.

1. Quality finishing: Meticulous completion, leaving no potential problems.

a. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all completed plaster layers, and promptly remove and repair any areas with hollows, cracks, or crumbling;

b. Protect completed wall surfaces from direct exposure to rain and snow, and use "short-term ventilation" to prevent a sudden drop in room temperature;

c. Temporarily seal off unfinished plastering work and mark the construction progress to facilitate a quick resumption of work after the holiday;

d. Clean the work area and surrounding areas of mortar residue, ice, snow, and other debris to prevent them from freezing and becoming difficult to remove

2. Material maintenance: Implement proper protection measures and strictly control losses.

a. Conduct a thorough inventory and classification of remaining plastering materials on site, accurately track usage, and prevent stockpiling or shortages after the holiday;

b. Store moisture-sensitive materials such as cement and putty in the warehouse and implement proper moisture-proof measures;

c. Cover aggregates such as sand and gravel with waterproof tarpaulins to prevent moisture damage and freezing;

d. Promptly clear away waste materials to avoid occupying the construction site, and standardize the handling of construction residue to prevent material waste. Ensure every bit of material is used effectively to alleviate cost pressures caused by tight cash flow.

3. Equipment maintenance: Cleaning, inspection, and proper storage.

a. Thoroughly clean the construction equipment to prevent clumping and freezing that would render it unusable later;

b. Inspect the key components of the equipment and report any damage promptly for repair;

c. Store the equipment in a dry and well-ventilated place, and store the accessories separately with proper labeling to prevent loss or damage, ensuring that the equipment can be used immediately after the holiday without additional maintenance.

4. Safety inspection: Conduct a comprehensive inspection to eliminate potential hazards.

a. Shut off the main water and electricity valves in the work area, and insulate exposed pipelines to prevent freezing and cracking, which could affect wall quality;

b. Before dismantling temporary scaffolding, conduct a thorough stability check, and after dismantling, sort and neatly stack the materials;

c. Erect barricades and post warning signs around the work stoppage area to prohibit unauthorized personnel from entering;

d. Inspect the construction site for fire hazards to ensure safety during the work stoppage period.

5. Resumption of Work Plan: Advance planning and seamless coordination are crucial.

a. The biggest fear during the Lunar New Year period is the chaos that ensues after the holiday when work resumes: difficulty finding workers, unusable equipment, and material shortages – all potential problems that can derail projects!

b. Plan ahead by coordinating with project milestones, and develop a post-holiday schedule for plastering work, personnel arrangements, and material procurement;

c. Focus on coordinating with construction teams to address issues such as the difficulty in recruiting skilled plasterers at high wages and the risk of workers leaving.  Using the Deruitu plastering machine, one person and one machine can replace multiple workers, completely eliminating reliance on manual labor and ensuring a quick and efficient return to work after the holidays.

After the holiday break, Deruitu helps improve efficiency and reduce costs in plastering work.

The biggest headaches for construction professionals are "high costs," "low efficiency," and "poor quality."  However, a combination of Dritoo spraying and leveling equipment is all you need to solve these problems! It reduces labor costs, enables efficient and high-quality plastering, minimizes material waste, and helps ensure timely completion, truly making construction smoother and less stressful, especially during the busy year-end period!

PC spraying machine

The PC spraying machine has successfully overcome the challenge of applying base coats, utilizing air-assisted high-pressure atomization technology to ensure strong penetration of mortar into the wall surface.  This results in a bonding strength 2.5 times greater than manual application, effectively eliminating the problem of hollow areas. One machine, operated by just two workers, can apply mortar as efficiently as five skilled technicians, covering over 800 square meters per day.

DM Intelligent Plastering Machine

After the base layer is completed, the DM intelligent plastering machine takes over to achieve "millimeter-level leveling," with the microcomputer

automatically controlling the vertical flatness error within 2mm, far exceeding acceptance standards.  It can plaster 800 square meters per day, three times

 the output of a traditional manual team, and requires only one operator, significantly reducing labor dependence and not affecting construction progress.

The machine's flexible design allows it to maneuver in confined spaces within factories, adapting to various complex layouts of industrial buildings,

maximizing its practicality.
