The Huizhou 220 kV Digital Park Power Transmission and Transformation Project, invested in and constructed by the Huizhou Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd., is a key infrastructure project for the power grid in southern Huizhou.
The Derutu PC18 mortar spraying machine and DM intelligent plastering machine have been successfully delivered to the project site. These two units handle the two core processes—base-layer mortar spraying and finish-layer leveling—forming a complete mechanized plastering production line. Substation walls typically feature concrete substrates, making bond strength the critical factor during base-coat mortar spraying. The PC18 system utilizes high-pressure atomization to force mortar particles into substrate pores, creating a mechanical interlock; this results in a bond strength approximately twice that of manual spattering, thereby physically reducing the risk of delamination. Its large-pitch screw design minimizes the likelihood of pipe blockages and ensures consistent material output, making it well-suited for infrastructure projects with complex on-site conditions.
DM Intelligent Plastering Machine: Millimeter-level precision
Following the initial shotcrete base coat, the DM plastering machine handles the finishing layer—performing simultaneous leveling and smoothing—thereby replacing the traditional manual processes of setting screed rails and using straightedges for leveling.

Power transmission and transformation projects impose strict requirements on the visual appearance and dimensional accuracy of walls. The DM screed-free application method eliminates the need for preliminary layout and the installation of screed rails, allowing the wall surface to be formed in a single pass, with manual finishing used to detail internal and external corners as well as areas around door and window openings. Battery power eliminates reliance on fixed temporary power outlets on-site, offering greater flexibility when moving between floors and buildings while also avoiding the safety hazards associated with trailing power cables.
Dual-Machine Collaboration: A Single Solution Covering the Entire Process

The PC18 handles spraying, while the DM handles smoothing; a team of just 3–4 people operating these two machines can form a complete plastering line—with one person loading material, one spraying, and one operating the smoothing machine. This setup offers significantly higher efficiency compared to traditional manual crews of 5–8 workers, while ensuring consistent and controllable surface quality.
