On October 17, 2024, the 2025 model of Deruitu's intelligent plastering robot DM Leading PRO was unveiled at the Beijing Construction Industry Federation: the Brazil-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry Economic and Trade Group visited the construction site of the Beijing Construction Engineering Sujiatuo project! The economic and trade group was led by Tang Kaiqian, President of the Bazhong Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and its members consisted of 45 representatives from 22 Brazilian construction companies (list of group members and basic data of the companies are attached). During this period, it is hoped that from October 15 to 17, it will connect and negotiate with construction and building materials companies, and look for suppliers of building materials, prefabricated houses, floors, toilets, construction site robots, etc.

• It has the characteristics of high degree of automation and uniform plastering quality. It can accurately perform wall plastering operations according to preset procedures and parameters, greatly improving plastering efficiency and reducing errors and labor intensity of manual operations.

In the construction of a standard floor in the Sujiatuo project, the efficiency of the intelligent plastering machine was improved by about 3 times compared with traditional manual plastering. In the past, a manual plastering team (usually 3-5 people) could complete about 100-150 square meters of wall plastering a day, while the intelligent plastering machine can complete 500-800 square meters a day, and the flatness and verticality of the plastering surface can better meet the construction standard requirements.

• It can mix two different materials at the same time for spraying operations, and is suitable for the spraying of a variety of building materials, such as concrete, mortar, etc. Its spraying effect is uniform, which can effectively save materials and has significant advantages in construction speed.

The Brazilian delegation's observation process

The Beijing Construction Engineering + Derutu joint project team carefully arranged the construction site of the intelligent plastering machine and the dual-mixing pump sprayer in advance, and set up a display area and explanation points. Detailed equipment information and project introduction materials were prepared, including the technical parameters, working principles, application cases, and overall planning and construction progress of the equipment, and translated into Portuguese (the official language of Brazil) so that the Brazilian delegation can better understand the construction effect of the plastering robot.

In an area where wall plastering construction was underway, the intelligent plastering machine operated in an orderly manner. While operating, the technician explained the equipment's operating procedures, automated control systems, and how to achieve precise control of plastering thickness and quality through sensors. The delegation members watched with interest and asked questions from time to time, and the technicians gave detailed answers.

• Then, the operation of the DMMIX double-mixing pump sprayer was demonstrated in another construction area. The technicians of Deruitu demonstrated on site how to accurately mix two different materials in a certain proportion for spraying and plastering construction, and introduced the application advantages of the equipment in different construction scenarios, such as the convenience of spraying on large-area walls and construction of complex structures. Applicability to plaster mortar that is difficult to mix! !

• Through this observation activity, the technical exchange between DERUTU and the Brazilian construction industry was strengthened. The Brazilian delegation had a deeper understanding of DERUTU Beijing Construction's advanced construction technology and plastering equipment, and expressed a strong intention to cooperate. The two sides subsequently carried out active communication on further technical cooperation and project cooperation, laying the foundation for possible future cooperation projects.

They highly praised Beijing Construction Engineering's introduction of mechanized plastering construction, and laid a good foundation for the next step of Deruitu's intelligent plastering robot to go overseas and enter the Brazilian construction market! !
