DERUTU2025 wall plastering machine upgrade technology:
1. Chassis: The height of the old chassis is too high, and the actual application is not stable enough. The 2025 model reduces the overall height of the chassis, and the adjusted assembly method and process make the whole more compact and the center of gravity lower, which greatly improves the stability.
2. Upgrade of track material and production process: The old DM track structure is a rectangular or flat result, which has the characteristics of easy deformation. The production cycle is long and the cost is high. The 2025 model uses 6005T standard aluminum-magnesium alloy profiles, and the structure adopts a double-layer hollow and special-shaped structure, which reduces the weight and enhances the bending resistance.
3. Scraper: In the actual plastering construction, the plastering materials cannot be standardized and unified. The expansion force, compressive strength, thinness, hardness and hardness of the materials are constantly changing. The old scraper cannot meet the complex materials, the verticality cannot be maintained all the time, and the uniformity and verticality of the working surface cannot be guaranteed. The new 2025 model adopts a three-blade solution, which consists of a leveling knife on the top and two finishing knives, which greatly improves the verticality, smoothness and flatness. And it can be extended to develop multiple types of spatulas.
4. Fixed structure: The 2025 model adjusts the fixed support structure from the center of the track to the bottom of the track, and adjusts the connection point from the original bottom to the upper half of the track, and expands the distance between the two points as much as possible under possible conditions, so as to achieve the most stable state.
5. Lifting motor: In the actual construction site, different working conditions, different proficiency in use, and different requirements for the lifting speed of the equipment require different speeds to cope with different situations. The 2025 model uses an adjustable speed motor and frequency converter to achieve convenient adjustment of the plastering speed, meeting the use requirements of different plastering materials, different working conditions, and different operators.
